United Way Selects Cabinet Leaders for Fund-Raising Campaign. The Rowan County United Way has selected Cabinet leaders for its 2015-2016 Campaign who will work with Penny Greer-Link, General Campaign Chairman. Greer-Link is directing the fall fund-raising campaign which involves hundreds of volunteers throughout the county. Each Cabinet leader in charge of a division recruits a team to assist him, and together they establish a goal for their division, call on accounts and run their campaigns.
